Raphael's eight paintings at the Prado represent a remarkably high number for this master in a museum outside Italy. Most of these works belong to his maturity period, and the include some of his finest versions of the "Holy Family", the astonishing portrait of "The Cardinal" and "Il Pasimo di Sicilia", which was considered once the best painting in history.
Our proposal for a guided visit would include his eight paintings, as well as some works by his contemporary Luini, his disciple Penni and his follower Sarto.
