The Impressionism made of color the essential component of a painting. It was not a mere fashion : that vision determined a great part of 20th century art. In parallel, we have inherited from that period’s cookery a similar central role of taste in the art of the table.

Our guided visit to the exhibition “Monet and Abstraction” followed by The Westin Palace Madrid's impressionist dinner signed Gilles Grasteau was our top original proposal for a few months.
